WHO ARE WE
Principal Kevin Roche CPA (exp), CMA, MBA
Kevin comes with a wealth of food equipment industry knowledge, as a Controller/CFO under a Venture Capital (VC) umbrella and owning a start-up, leading Sales, Operations, and Finance. Early in his career at Countertop Holman Cooking Equipment of Maine, Kevin helped double the value of the Holman acquisition in less than 3 years for a sale to a larger food equipment group.
In 2004, Kevin co-founded Belleco, our products were based on countertop equipment, mostly in conveyors, and the company grew in sales each year while maintaining 20% operating margins. In 2017, Belleco was sold to remain in the USA (Wisconsin), as Kevin insisted manufactured Belleco products remained Made in USA.

In subsequent years, Kevin worked closely with the state of Maine in the Covid fight, designing UV products for object and air disinfection, while also leading coastal resiliency efforts to protect Southern Maine shores. Kevin has proven he can bring government reps together at all levels, across political parties to get things done.
While recently leading a major pool manufacturer to a sale and the launch of a pool based M&A VC platform, his passion remains in the food equipment industry, as hospitality/restaurants always in need of quality food equipment. Kevin is uniquely positioned to consult, invest in and operate food equipment businesses, as he understands the family/small business owner and the needs of VC performance.
